Internships and Practicums

Graduate students and advanced undergraduate students at Indiana University have the opportunity to participate in internships and practicums at The Kinsey Institute with the permission of a sponsoring University department. Students from many disciplines, including Applied Health Science, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Nursing, Sociology, and Library and Information Science, have worked at the Institute for academic credit, most in the library and special collections, but some also in the research department. The Institute also participates in the Honors Division's Academic Internship Program.

Volunteer Opportunities

The Institute's library and special collections offer volunteer opportunities for individuals in the Indiana University and Bloomington communities with relevant experience and skills. Preference is given to members of the Friends of The Kinsey Institute.

Jobs

Work/study and hourly positions for eligible students attending Indiana University are available at the Institute. Interested students should call to see if there are current openings.
