Photocopy and Scanning PolicyThe copyright law of The United States and the copyright guidelines of Indiana University Libraries are followed. In addition The Kinsey Institute does not photocopy entire copyrighted works except in the case of "fair use." Permission to photocopy an entire copyrighted work must be secured in writing by the requester or proof obtained that copyright has expired. The Kinsey Institute reserves the right to refuse to photocopy:
Patrons must obtain permission to photocopy. Library staff will evaluate and give permission to photocopy or suggest scanning. Scanning is done by staff only. Fees:
