Included here are links to bibliographies compiled by The Kinsey Institute,
as well as links to other bibliographies by researchers, health professionals,
and librarians in areas for which we receive frequent inquiries. Fill
out the Bibliography Recommendation Form
to send us information on a bibliography to list. (Preferred are bibliographies
whose purpose, coverage, and authority are clear.) Or let us know
of a topic of interest to you for a bibliography.
To create your own bibliography, search The Kinsey Institute's online
library catalog KICAT, and catalogs
of other libraries and special collections
and/or online databases related to sexuality,
gender, and reproduction. Other resources are available at your local
public or university/college library.

The following historical bibliographies were compiled from the research collection of The Kinsey Institute
Library by the Kinsey Library Information Services staff between the 1960s and 1980s. These bibliographies draw upon diverse viewpoints and research
approaches and as such, should not be interpreted as either a comprehensive literature search or a
recommendation of specific items. All bibliographies are in PDF format.
