Aging doesn’t mean the end of healthy, satisfying relationships. Yet sexual health, intimacy, and relationship dynamics evolve in unique ways as we age. We explore how factors like changing social connections or bodily functions impact well-being and personal relationships in later life. By understanding these shifts, we aim to promote a positive, inclusive approach to sexuality, empowering older adults to maintain fulfilling emotional and sexual connections while addressing challenges like loneliness and grief.
